Custom Beer Labels — Waterproof BOPP on Rolls, Gloss or Matte, for Bottles and Cans, Printed in Toronto

A beer label lives in an ice bucket. It gets dunked, sweated on, slid in and out of a fridge and handled with wet hands, and it still has to read. Ours are our roll labels, made for beer: waterproof, freezer-grade BOPP film with a gloss or matte laminate, printed in full colour at our shop in North York, Toronto, cut to any shape, and supplied on rolls so a bottling day goes faster. Bottles or cans, and any size — the one thing beer people have in common is that no two of them order the same label.

What you're getting

BOPP is a plastic film, not paper. It doesn't absorb water, so the ice bucket, the cooler and the condensation on a cold bottle don't lift it or blur the print, and it's rated for the fridge, the freezer and the dishwasher. The print sits under a laminate: gloss for brighter colour, matte for no glare under bar lighting. Same material, same price. Every label comes on a roll on a 3" core, so it loads into a hand dispenser or an applicator and peels one after the other. We don't print beer labels on paper — paper is cheaper for a day and gone after the first ice bucket.

Bottles, cans and sizes

The same label goes on a bottle or a can. Presets at 2" × 2", 3" × 3" and 4" × 4"; Custom Size takes anything from 1" × 1" up to 7.5" × 12", which covers a front label on a 341 ml bottle, a wrap on a 473 ml can and a neck label. People get very creative with beer label sizes, so there's no "standard" here — enter the size that fits your container. Choose the cut: your artwork's outline, rounded corners, oval/round, or rectangle/square. If you're not sure what fits, put the bottle or can size in the order notes and we'll check the fit at proofing.

Custom sizes are priced live in the calculator before you upload anything. Smaller runs are fine — choose Custom Quantity and enter the number you need, even if it's 24 for one batch. Free shipping on orders over $100 to Canada and the US (US tariffs, if any, are charged on delivery), or pick up in North York.

Four designs, one order

Upload up to 4 artwork files in a single order and split the quantity between them any way you like. Mixed sizes are fine; the order is priced at the largest size in the batch. Four beers in the lineup, or a front label, a neck label and a can wrap, go in as one order at one price tier.

Ordering

Upload a PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG or PSD — vector files are best for logos and text; a 300 DPI PNG works for most. Pick a size, quantity, cut and finish, and check out. You get a digital proof, usually within 24 hours, showing the exact cut line; if something's off, we revise it at no charge. Approve it and production takes 1–3 business days, then the rolls ship or are ready for pickup.

Questions we get

Are beer labels waterproof? Yes. BOPP film under a laminate — rated for the fridge, the freezer and the dishwasher, and it doesn't care about an ice bucket.

Do they work on cans? Yes. Same label, same material. Enter the can's size as a custom size.

Do they come on rolls or sheets? Rolls, on a 3" core, like all our roll labels.

Gloss or matte? Both. Gloss for brighter colour, matte for no glare. Same price.

What's the largest label? 7.5" × 12", which covers a full wrap on most bottles and cans.

Is there a minimum order? No. Choose Custom Quantity and enter the number you need.

Do you ship to the United States? Yes — free shipping on orders over $100. Any US tariffs are charged on delivery and are the buyer's responsibility.
