Acrylic pins do what enamel pins can't: full colour, gradients, and fine detail without the per-colour cost that makes complex enamel designs expensive. We cut them from clear acrylic and reverse-print your artwork in full colour on the back, so it shows through clean and glossy from the front — a genuinely different look from traditional enamel, not just a cheaper imitation of it.

Why acrylic instead of enamel

Enamel pins are limited by how many colours and how much detail the enameling process can hold — fine gradients and photo-style artwork just don't translate well. Acrylic pins print like a digital file, so intricate designs, gradients, and unlimited colours all come through exactly as designed.

Ordering

No template required — just upload a high-resolution PNG (transparent background if you want clear areas in your design). Maximum order is 1,000 pins online; for larger runs, reach out for a custom quote. Your design needs a 0.0625" clear border for clean cutting, plus at least 0.35" of space to accommodate the pin backing — both get shown clearly in your free proof before anything's cut.
