Custom Sticker Sheets — Kiss Cut, Waterproof Vinyl, Printed in Toronto

A sticker sheet is one page carrying a whole set: ten designs, or twenty, or the same one repeated, each kiss cut so it peels off on its own while the sheet stays in one piece. It's how artists sell a collection instead of a single sticker, how a brand drops a full set into a package, and how a party favour or a classroom reward stays tidy until it's time to peel. Every sheet we make is printed at our shop in North York, Toronto on waterproof vinyl, laminated, and cut on our own equipment.

What you're getting

The same waterproof vinyl and scratch-resistant laminate as our die cut stickers, in gloss or matte. Matte is the customer favourite on sheets: no glare, and the whole page reads as one designed piece. The stickers are kiss cut — the blade goes through the vinyl but not the backing — so each one lifts cleanly and the rest stay put. The outer shape of the sheet is yours to choose: a plain rectangle, rounded corners, an oval, or a custom cut around your layout. Once a sticker is on a water bottle, a laptop or a notebook, the laminate does the same job it does on any of our stickers: it keeps water, sun and scuffs off the print.

Sizes and price

Three sheet sizes: letter (8.5" × 11"), half letter (5.5" × 8.5") and quarter letter (4.25" × 5.5"). Price is per sheet and drops with quantity. Live prices as of September 19, 2026, before tax:

Letter 8.5" × 11": 50 sheets $375.00 ($7.50 each), 100 $720.60, 250 $1,535.64, 500 $2,252.44, 1,000 $2,752.60 ($2.75 each).
Half letter 5.5" × 8.5": 50 sheets $220.71 ($4.41 each), 1,000 $1,579.34 ($1.58 each).

There is no minimum: choose Custom Quantity and enter the number you need. Free shipping on orders over $100 to Canada and the US (US tariffs, if any, are charged on delivery), or pick up in North York.

Setting up your sheet

You send the finished sheet: your stickers already placed on the page, at the sheet size you're ordering. One sheet layout counts as one design, however many stickers are on it. You can upload up to 4 different layouts in a single order and split the quantity between them any way you like — 100 of one sheet and 50 each of three others — priced at the largest sheet size in the order. That's how a four-sheet collection becomes one order at the 250 price instead of four small ones.

Upload a PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG or PSD; a 300 DPI PNG at the finished size works for most people, vector files are best for logos and text. Leave 0.25" between each artwork and from the edge of the page so there is room for the cut, keep body text at 7 pt or larger, and don't worry about cut lines — we build the kiss cut around each sticker at proofing and flag anything sitting too close to its neighbour.

Ordering

Upload your sheet, pick the size, quantity, outer cut and finish, and check out. You get a digital proof, usually within 24 hours, showing every kiss cut line; if something needs moving, tell us and we revise it at no charge. Once you approve it, production takes 3–5 business days — a little longer than a single sticker order, because a sheet is laid out and cut as one piece. Shipping is then 3–5 business days to Ontario and Quebec, 5–7 to the rest of Canada, and 3–5 business days to the US.

Questions we get

What's the difference between a sticker sheet and kiss cut stickers? A kiss cut sticker is one sticker on its own small backing. A sticker sheet is many stickers on one page, sharing the backing. Same vinyl, same laminate, same kind of cut.

How many stickers fit on a sheet? As many as you can place with 0.25" between each artwork — that gap is what the cut needs. With that spacing a letter sheet comfortably holds a dozen 2" stickers or twenty to thirty small ones; the proof will show you exactly how the cuts fall.

Can you lay out the sheet for me? No — send the sheet with your stickers already placed. We add the cut lines, not the layout.

Gloss or matte? Both are the same vinyl and laminate at the same price. Matte is the one most sheet customers choose.

Can you print on the backing? No. The backing is plain; anything you want to say — a logo, a "peel here" — goes on the front of the sheet as part of your design.

Is there a minimum order? No. Choose Custom Quantity and enter the number you need.

Do you ship to the United States? Yes — free shipping on orders over $100. Any US tariffs are charged on delivery and are the buyer's responsibility.
