Custom Die Cut Stickers

Custom Die Cut Stickers

Die cut stickers are cut to follow the exact outline of your design — no boxy border, no standard rectangle, just your artwork cut clean to its shape. It's the most popular format we print, and once you see them in person it's obvious why. They look sharp, they feel considered, and they stick to pretty much anything — laptops, water bottles, packaging, helmets, storefronts, you name it.

We make them here in Toronto, in-house, on premium waterproof vinyl with a scratch-resistant overlaminate. Every order gets a free digital proof before a single sticker is printed. You look it over, approve it, we make it, it ships free. That's the whole process.

What to expect when you order

We hear from a lot of customers who tried other printers first. Wrong colours, sloppy cuts, surprise shipping fees, long waits. It gets old fast, especially when you've put real work into your design.

Here's what actually happens when you order with us:

We send you a proof within 24 hours. You'll see exactly how your sticker will look — the size, the cut line, the colours — before anything gets printed. If something's off, tell us and we'll adjust it. No charge for revisions.

The cut follows your artwork. Not a rough approximation, not a circle around a complex shape — your actual outline. If your file doesn't have a cut line, we build one for you during the proofing stage.

The colours come out right. We print on colour-accurate vinyl and we hear about this constantly from artists and illustrators who've been burned by washed-out prints elsewhere. What you designed is what you get.

They hold up. Waterproof, UV-resistant, scratch-resistant. One customer told us they'd been running their sticker through the dishwasher for months. Still on the bottle. That's what the overlaminate does — it seals and protects the print from moisture, sun, and daily wear.

Materials and finishes

All die cut stickers are printed on premium white vinyl with your choice of finish:

Gloss — vivid and bright, makes colours pop, great for bold designs and product branding

Matte — softer look with less glare, a favourite with artists and illustrators who want a more tactile, premium feel

Both finishes are waterproof, UV-resistant, and scratch-resistant. Both are rated for indoor and outdoor use.

What people order them for

Artists sell them as merch at markets, conventions, and on Etsy. Small business owners put them on packaging, mailers, and product boxes. Restaurants stick them on takeout bags. Schools and non-profits use them for fundraisers. Bands order them for shows. People get them made just because they drew something they love and want to see it as a sticker.

No wrong answer here. If you have a design, we can make it.

Splitting your order across multiple designs

You can upload up to 4 different designs in a single order. Each design can be a different shape and size. Pricing is based on the largest size in your order — that rate applies across all designs in the split. It's a straightforward way to test a few designs at once or offer variety without placing separate orders.

File setup

We accept PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, and PSD files. For most customers, a high-resolution PNG (300 DPI minimum) with a transparent background works perfectly. Not sure if your file is ready? Upload it anyway — we review every file during proofing and will let you know if anything needs adjusting before we print.

How the process works

Upload your design, pick your size and quantity, and check out. We review your file and send a digital proof within 24 hours. Once you approve it, your order goes into production — 1 to 3 business days. Then it ships free to anywhere in Canada or the US.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum order quantity? No minimum. Order as few or as many as you need.

Can I order more than one design at a time? Yes — you can upload up to 4 different designs in a single order. Pricing is based on the largest size across your designs.

Do I need to add a cut line to my file? No. If your file doesn't include a cut line, we create one based on your artwork outline during the proofing stage. Just upload your design as-is.

How long does it take to get my stickers? We send a proof within 24 hours. After you approve, production takes 1 to 3 business days. Most Canadian customers receive their order within 5 to 7 business days total. US customers typically within 7 to 10.

Are the stickers really waterproof? Yes. They're safe for water bottles, outdoor surfaces, and daily exposure to rain and moisture. The overlaminate that covers the print is what makes them waterproof and scratch-resistant — it's not just the vinyl itself.

Can I request changes to the proof? Absolutely. If the size, cut line, or layout isn't right, let us know and we'll revise it. We don't print until you're happy with the proof.

Do you ship to the United States? Yes — free shipping to both Canada and the US on qualifying orders. No customs surprises on Canadian-made products shipped within North America.

What if there's a problem with my order? We fix it. If there's a defect in the print or cut that's on our end, we reprint your order. That's been our policy since day one.
