2026 SUBSCRIPTION DISCOUNT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Sira Print 2026 Discount Subscription — Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The Subscription is available to individuals and businesses who create a customer account at SiraPrint.ca. The Subscription applies only to orders placed while logged into the subscribed account.

2. Discount

The Subscription provides 30% off all eligible products for the duration of 2026. The discount cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or coupon codes unless explicitly stated.

3. Non-Transferability

The Subscription and all associated discounts are intended solely for the original purchasing customer. It may not be:

  • Shared
  • Transferred
  • Sold
  • Assigned
  • Used on behalf of another individual or business

4. Misuse

Examples of misuse include (but are not limited to):

  • Placing orders for other individuals or businesses
  • Sharing login credentials
  • Manipulating the system to generate additional discounts
  • Unauthorized reselling of discounted items
  • Excessive or unusual ordering activity inconsistent with normal use

5. Enforcement

Sira Print reserves the right to:

  • Review orders placed under the Subscription
  • Request verification of identity
  • Cancel suspicious orders
  • Suspend or terminate the Subscription
  • Revoke discount eligibility

Any termination due to misuse will occur without refund.

6. No Refund Policy

All Subscription purchases are final. No refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including non-usage of the subscription.

7. Duration

The Subscription is active from December 1, 2026 to December 1, 2026. It expires automatically after this date and will not renew unless a new Subscription is purchased.

8. Changes to Terms

Sira Print may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Subscription constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Service Availability & Early Termination

Sira Print Inc. will make reasonable efforts to provide the benefits of the 2026 Discount Subscription for the full duration of the program. However, Sira Print Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to operational limitations, business changes, or events beyond our control.

In the event that Sira Print Inc. is unable to continue offering the subscription or any portion of its benefits:

  1. The subscription may be modified or terminated early at the sole discretion of Sira Print Inc.
  2. No refunds, credits, or compensation of any kind will be provided for any remaining subscription period.
  3. Sira Print Inc. shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the modification, suspension, or early termination of the program.
  4. By purchasing the subscription, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the continuation of the program is subject to Sira Print Inc.’s ongoing operational capacity.
