So I recently ordered some pins from Sira Print, just a few to touch up my current inventory. I accidentally misplaced my order, selecting the wrong size for the pins. I contacted customer service right away, expecting them to refund me so I could reorder or something. But instead they were quick to send a small invoice for the size change (I needed an inch larger), and that was that! Super easy!! And of course the pins were as nice as always once they arrived, packed safe and sound and printed beautifully. Thanks Sira!
Acrylic keychains were the first non-paper item I tried getting made with my art. To this day, these little beauties are still super popular when people see them! I have so many requests to draw certain characters for keychains, and I'm certainly looking forward to the day I order some new ones from Sira Print. The artwork is always clear and the keychains are always packed very safely for shipping to avoid scratches to the acrylic. Sira Print also seems to be generous and send me the B-Grade copies, meaning I get what I order, and perhaps a few extra with small blemishes. I appreciate that, even if I choose to put them aside, it's nice to know the team is always considering us customers!!!
I've been ordering from Sira Print for a few years now. Some of my fellow artists tell me about different sticker manufacturers, but I don't think I'll be changing anytime soon- Sira Print's prices, quality, and closeness (I'm in Ontario too!) are all perfect for me! The stickers I have received are very durable, and the artwork is always printed in high resolution and great colour. I'm looking forward to creating new designs and getting more stickers from Sira Print!⭐️
