I had a small but fun gift idea for a collaborative project, and Sira facilitated a simple ordering process, fast turnaround time and revisions, and quick shipping! Also accommodated my request to change the shape of the pins after receiving the first proof, and the final product is subtle in shades (in keeping with the original design) with a little bit of luminous reflection when I tilt them. Thanks so much!

Love the pins... and the service!

So I recently ordered some pins from Sira Print, just a few to touch up my current inventory. I accidentally misplaced my order, selecting the wrong size for the pins. I contacted customer service right away, expecting them to refund me so I could reorder or something. But instead they were quick to send a small invoice for the size change (I needed an inch larger), and that was that! Super easy!! And of course the pins were as nice as always once they arrived, packed safe and sound and printed beautifully. Thanks Sira!
