We print on a 3mm (1/8") thick clear acrylic using UV cured inks. Unlike solvent
inks, UV cures hard leaving a rough durable surface. We highly recommend
ordering smaller batches if you are not familiar with UV cured inks.

Make sure your design isn't see-through where the pin will be attached! The turn around time was ridiculously fast and shipping was also so quick. Quality of the product is great. Glass-like finish, hold details well even when printed at a small size. Front of the pin is smooth, back has the "ink" texture, but it's the part that would go against your clothing, so that doesn't matter.
Some are cut to size (if you specify you want this) and the borders are well maintained. Will be a great addition to our merch.
