We print on a 3mm (1/8") thick clear acrylic using UV cured inks. Unlike solvent
inks, UV cures hard leaving a rough durable surface. We highly recommend
ordering smaller batches if you are not familiar with UV cured inks.

So I recently ordered some pins from Sira Print, just a few to touch up my current inventory. I accidentally misplaced my order, selecting the wrong size for the pins. I contacted customer service right away, expecting them to refund me so I could reorder or something. But instead they were quick to send a small invoice for the size change (I needed an inch larger), and that was that! Super easy!! And of course the pins were as nice as always once they arrived, packed safe and sound and printed beautifully. Thanks Sira!
So happy with my purchase! Proofing process was a breeze and they caught a user error on my end and made sure my design turned out properly. Make sure your design isn't see-through where the pin will be attached! The turn around time was ridiculously fast and shipping was also so quick. Quality of the product is great. I will be purchasing from Sira again!
Glass-like finish, hold details well even when printed at a small size. Front of the pin is smooth, back has the "ink" texture, but it's the part that would go against your clothing, so that doesn't matter.
Some are cut to size (if you specify you want this) and the borders are well maintained. Will be a great addition to our merch.
